Jeff Horn is known to be ruthless in a boxing ring but this has not always been his reputation. As we celebrate our 3 year anniversary of Sharing More Than The Sheets, Michael is joined by the former world boxing champion as he opens up on some personal experiences that motivated him to take up boxing in the first place and have driven him to developing a bullying program. He discusses the role that confidence has in bullying and the things that we can do to help stop the cycle.
